“A lush urban jungle that cools the city, where layered shade, water, and vegetation transform heat into comfort and vitality.”

By locating the buildings along the western edge of the site, the park can become a generous, green public place.

  • 230311 Diagrams-01.png

Creating a mix of places and destinations ensures that the area can be welcoming and active throughout most of the day, and night.

  • 230311 Diagrams-01.png

Creating shade, capturing breezes and creating spaces along the water will help lower ambient air temperatures and create a more comfortable environment.

  • 230311 Diagrams-01.png

Careful attention to circulation has allowed for a generous pedestrian space at the center with an organized pick up, drop off and garage access to help with traffic flow around the site.

  • 230311 Diagrams-01.png

The site makes clear connections to adjacent sites and retail areas that promotes a robust district of dining, retail and amentiy spaces.

A wide offering of unit types, but each has something in common; a generous terrace that becomes a key living space.
